Step 1: Share Your Vision

Step 2: Design Collaboration & Refinement
We'll connect with you to discuss your brief thoroughly. Together, we'll refine the concept, exploring materials, finishes, and design details. Where needed, we can provide sketches or mock-ups to help visualise the piece until we have a clear, shared vision for your custom creation.
Step 3: Detailed Quote & Confirmation
Once the design details are finalised, we'll provide you with a comprehensive quote. This outlines the agreed specifications, materials, craftsmanship involved, estimated timeline, and total cost, including delivery. To begin the crafting process, we request a deposit to confirm your order.
Step 4: Artisan Crafting in India
With your confirmation, our skilled partner artisans in India begin meticulously handcrafting your bespoke piece. We honour traditional techniques, using high-quality, sustainable rattan and brass. We believe in transparency and will share progress updates with you as your unique item begins to take shape.
Step 5: Final Details & Delivery
Upon completion, your piece undergoes final quality checks. We'll share images of the finished creation with you and await your approval. Once the remaining balance is settled, we will coordinate a delivery to your specified address at a time that suits you.
