We currently ship across the United States using premium carriers such as UPS & FedEx to ensure your items arrive safely. (Note: If you are shopping from outside the US, please visit our UK & International store at hastshilp.co.uk).

Delivery Times

Contiguous US: All in-stock items are typically processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. Depending on your location, your order should arrive within 2-4 business days after it has shipped.

Alaska, Hawaii & US Territories: Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for delivery to these locations. Contact us at hello@hastshilp.com if you need an expedited shipping estimate.

Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details the moment your order is shipped so you can follow its journey to your door.

Pre-orders

If your order contains a pre-ordered item, the entire order will ship together when all items are in stock (typically within 4-6 weeks). If you need an in-stock item sooner, please contact us at hello@hastshilp.com so we can assist you.

Order Changes

You can make changes to your order up until it has been shipped. Email hello@hastshilp.com with your order number and your requested changes as soon as possible.

US: Delivery costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. To see the exact cost, simply add your desired items to your cart and proceed to checkout.

Free US Shipping: Enjoy free standard shipping on all contiguous US orders over $200! This discount is automatically applied at checkout.

Delays and Missing Packages

While we strive for timely delivery and work with reliable carriers, occasional delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances or extreme weather. If you haven't received your order within 10 business days of receiving your shipping notification, please contact us immediately at hello@hastshilp.com and we will investigate it for you.
